Talk to Remavin about a cake, an office account or anything else
The contact form below reaches a real baker, not a shared inbox. Send the date and the rough idea and we will come back within one working day, usually sooner. Phone works too if you prefer to just talk it through.
Call the counter
The best way to get a same-day answer. Someone picks up between 6:30 am and 4 pm on weekdays.

Send an email
Good for a brief with attachments, sketches or an allergen list. We reply the next morning.
Visit the bakery
Pick-ups happen at the counter on Level 6. There is a lift from the George Street entrance.

Tell us what you need and when
The more detail in the message, the shorter the back and forth. Date, headcount, flavours that you love or want to avoid, and any dietary notes all help.
Skip the form
Some conversations are quicker by message. Viber and WhatsApp both reach the same number the drivers use.

Public transport is the sensible option. Wynyard Station is a four-minute walk, and street parking around George Street is mostly loading zone during the week.
Things that make the reply faster
Give a date
Even a rough one. The calendar is the first thing we check, and a date tells us whether we can help at all.
Give a headcount
Number of guests or office staff. It determines the size of the cake or the number of boxes in the quote.
Flag allergies
Tell us the allergy plainly in the first message. It changes how we plan the batch, not just the label.
Mention delivery
If you need delivery, send the address with the message. It lets us confirm the window before we quote.
Have a look at what we bake first
Both service pages have pricing, process and the questions people ask before they book. Take your time, the calendar does not fill in an hour.
